This summer, guests can enjoy a variety of colorful seasonal vegetables in dishes such as 'Oregano-Infused Roasted Vegetables with Miso and Soy Milk Sauce,' 'Coarsely Ground Pork Sesame Dan Dan with Summer Vegetables,' and 'Citrus Moroccan Chicken,' a Moroccan-style stew with lemony zest and aromatic spices.

The regional limited-time menu focuses on 'Chilled Japanese-Style Noodles.' Guests can enjoy regional specialties served cold, including 'Kate Soba' (Tokyo), a noodle dish popular in Northern Kanto; 'Tamba Black Soybean Somen with Herbal Broth' (Kyoto); and 'Kansai-Style Cold Kitsune Udon with Shonai Water Eggplant Pickles' (Osaka).
