Grain, the company behind the comprehensive golf course management system 'GRAIN CLOUD,' has announced 'GRAIN AI Insight,' an AI service to support decision-making in golf course management. Ahead of the planned official launch in September 2026, a pilot version will be provided to selected golf courses starting July 23, 2026. This service is built on 'Squadbase,' an AI data agent platform provided by Queue.

GRAIN AI Insight analyzes data accumulated in GRAIN CLOUD—including reservations, sales, customer data, tournament information, and daily reports—to assist owners and managers in their decision-making. Beyond providing real-time daily, monthly, and annual management overviews, the AI explores the reasons behind sales changes and suggests actionable improvements. Unlike traditional BI tools, it offers conversational analysis where users can perform data aggregation and visualization simply by asking questions in a chat window.

Through collaboration with Queue, the service aims to provide an environment where field staff can perform data analysis themselves without relying on specialized personnel. The company plans to expand its features leading up to the official launch.
