Somethingfun has launched the 'Somefun Music Entertainment' music project within its streamer division, 'Samu-Fan!'

This project is not a new label establishment but an expansion of support for streamer activities. It aims to leverage the unique strength of streamers—their direct connection with fans via live streaming—to expand their creative expression into the music realm.

As the first artist, the company is promoting singer-songwriter Rei Furuichi. Since starting live streaming in April 2026, Furuichi has gained attention, recording 947 concurrent viewers and approximately 30,000 total viewers in a single 90-minute TikTok LIVE session. Furuichi is known for a wide range of vocal expressions, from transparent, delicate tones to powerful performances.

Somethingfun supports corporate brand growth and new career development for creators through its video DX and creator agency businesses. Through this project, it plans to build an ecosystem that brings out the full potential of streamers.
