Sanpo Chart Inc. (Nagoya, Aichi; Representative Director: Takumi Tsunoda) will officially launch 'Sangyoi Karte,' a cloud service specialized for occupational health physician tasks, on June 15, 2026. 'Sangyoi Karte' is a cloud service that centralizes the recording of occupational physician interviews, the organization of employment opinions, the creation of forms such as written opinions, and information sharing with relevant parties. By organizing tasks that were previously dispersed across Word, PDF, and email into a single workflow, the service aims to reduce administrative burdens and improve the quality of judgments. Prior to the official launch, registration for the service began on the official website on June 1, and registrants will receive a one-month free trial. In recent years, as interest in 'Health and Productivity Management' and human capital management has grown, administrative tasks such as organizing records after interviews and creating written opinions in occupational health settings are often managed separately, leading to delays and inconsistencies in information sharing. Sanpo Chart developed this service to address these structural inefficiencies and create an environment where occupational physicians can spend more time on what they should be focusing on: employee support and corporate advice. Key features include end-to-end management from interview records to form creation, standardization of record quality, automatic output distribution to HR and managers, and business assistance functions via NERVIX AI. The AI function is strictly for assistance, with the premise that the final judgment is made by the occupational physician; the design ensures that voice data is not saved and is not used for AI learning. Representative Takumi Tsunoda, who also works as an occupational physician, stated that he wants to improve the current situation where much time is taken up by administrative tasks after interviews. Moving forward, the company aims to expand its user base and continue functional improvements to promote digital utilization in the occupational health sector.
