Hotel Granvia Hiroshima to Hold Summer-Exclusive 'Traveling Buffet: World Meat Fair'

Hotel Granvia Hiroshima will hold the 'World Meat Fair Lunch & Dinner Buffet,' themed on meat dishes from around the world, at its 2nd-floor Cafe & Buffet 'Dish Parade' from Wednesday, July 1, to Wednesday, September 30, 2026.

Under the annual theme of 'Traveling Buffet,' Dish Parade offers fairs featuring international cuisine throughout the year. The 'World Meat Fair,' now in its third year, will offer a diverse menu centered on various countries' meat dishes, along with cold items perfect for summer and visually refreshing desserts.

Signature dishes for the meat fair include 'Beef Steak' and 'Roast Beef Nigiri Sushi.' The 'Beef Steak,' grilled fragrantly in the live kitchen, offers a deliciousness that only freshly made food can provide. It is served with a monthly rotating sauce for a different taste each month. The 'Roast Beef Nigiri Sushi' is a luxurious dish using moist roast beef.

Throughout the fair, hearty meat dishes such as 'Roasted Pork Spare Ribs,' 'Grilled Pork Loin,' and 'Seared Lasante Pork' will be available. One of these will be featured each month as the 'Chef's Recommendation! Must-try menu of the month.'

Additionally, refreshing cold dishes like 'Setouchi Sardine Lemon Marinate' and 'Cold Edamame Soup' will be available. For dessert, guests can enjoy a 'Freshly Squeezed Lemon Mont Blanc' finished in front of them, as well as hotel-patissier-made summer desserts like the Italian 'Cassata' and 'Tropical Pound Cake.'
