Generative Agents Co., Ltd. (hereinafter 'the Company') has launched the 'AI Agent Implementation Leader Training Course' aimed at developing personnel to drive AI agent implementation within enterprises.

As the use of generative AI expands, companies are increasingly incorporating AI agents into their operations. However, teams on the ground often face challenges such as not knowing where to start, which tasks to apply them to, or whether off-the-shelf tools are sufficient or proprietary development is needed.

Successful AI agent implementation requires considerations such as organizing business challenges, clarifying goals, defining KPIs, establishing human-AI role division, risk management, and preparing operational structures. Without these, even when consulting with external vendors, decision-making becomes difficult, leading to many cases where projects fail to transition from PoC to full-scale operation.

In response to this, the Company has established the 'AI Agent Implementation Leader Training Course' to ensure that all stakeholders involved in AI agent adoption share a common foundation of knowledge. The course is open not only to developers but also to management, managers, project planners, and frontline departments.

The course provides a systematic overview of foundational knowledge and practical issues, covering everything from the initial consideration stage to production operation, based on the Company's expertise gained through development support and training.

A key feature of the course is its focus on condensing the major issues necessary for AI agent adoption into a one-day program, allowing participants to grasp the overall picture. Even managers or project leaders who have not yet used AI agents can understand the essentials required for adoption planning.

As a special benefit, all participants will receive the book 'Introduction to Practical Claude Code: AI Coding Thinking for the Field' (published by Technical Review).

The Company has supported AI adoption for many companies, including NTT DATA, TIS, and Sorimachi, with the cumulative number of training participants exceeding 500.
