The Japanese confectionery specialty store 'Tabisuru Wagashi', operated by GA Crossing Co., Ltd., will sell 200 units of 'Tablet Yokan' created by the long-established 'Marusan Roho' in Ibaraki Prefecture. Although it looks like a chocolate bar, it is a 'dried Yokan' made by skilled craftsmen. By drying the surface, it achieves a texture that is 'crispy on the outside and crumbly on the inside.' It pairs perfectly not only with Japanese tea but also with coffee and wine. Sales will begin on the official website on May 27th.
