Announcement Regarding Studio Prairie's Management Structure

Studio Prairie, operator of the digital business card service "Prairie Card," announces that co-founder Akane Sakaki will step down from the Board of Directors, effective April 30, 2026.

This decision was reached by mutual agreement, reflecting changes in the business phase and the individual's intentions. There is no impact on the provision of Prairie Card services or support for individual and corporate customers, and the business will continue to be promoted under the current organizational structure.

Regarding Business Continuity

Since its release in February 2023, Prairie Card has grown into a widely recognized digital business card service in Japan. The number of corporate clients for "Prairie Card for Business" surpassed 100 in 2025, and the number of individual users continues to grow steadily.

Existing individual and corporate users can continue to use the service with peace of mind. There are no changes to product delivery, subscriptions, customer support, or corporate support operations.

Studio Prairie will continue to accelerate the growth of Prairie Card with the current team, guided by our vision of creating a "world overflowing with meaningful encounters."
