Atlus Co., Ltd., a group company of SEGA Corporation, has announced that 'Metaphor: ReFantazio' will be released for Nintendo Switch 2 on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at a new price.

What is 'Metaphor: ReFantazio'?

'Metaphor: ReFantazio' is a fantasy RPG from Atlus's 'Studio Zero'.

The versions released for other platforms in October 2024 won three awards including 'Best RPG' at The Game Awards 2024. Furthermore, it won the 'Grand Prize' at the Japan Game Awards 2025, awarded to the most outstanding game. It also received high praise worldwide with a Metascore of 94.

Furthermore, the Nintendo Switch 2 version will be available at a new price of 3,990 yen. It is a recommended title even for those who have never played an Atlus game before.
