Dialog Inc., which provides the cloud WMS 'W3 Series', will co-sponsor with taleblue Inc. and Earth Mirai Soken Inc. a free online webinar 'Achieving Next-Generation Logistics DX with AI and Logistics OS' for logistics managers and DX promotion staff on Wednesday, July 16, 2026, from 11:00 to 12:00.

Against the backdrop of worsening labor shortages and the full enforcement of the Logistics Efficiency Act in April 2026, the webinar will delve into the utilization of generative AI in logistics management through discussions by four individuals from three companies with different positions.

Why Now? - 'It's running now' but it will be the biggest management risk in five years

The shortage rate of warehouse personnel is expected to rise from 7.5% in 2024 to 15.9% (approximately double) within the next five years (source: Japan Warehousing Association 'Survey Results of Warehousing Businesses'). Furthermore, the Logistics Efficiency Act will be fully enforced in April 2026, requiring both shippers and logistics companies to continuously improve the 'loading efficiency, waiting time, and handling time' system.

On the other hand, many warehouse management systems are limited to operations to 'keep the field running', and the vast amounts of data generated daily (inbound/outbound information, location history, worker performance, etc.) remain unused and dormant. The premise that 'more people will be hired' no longer holds. Therefore, whether generative AI and data utilization can change the 'system' will determine the future of logistics management.

However, the honest opinion of the field is, 'I know AI is good, but I don't know where to start in my company.'

This webinar will directly answer this point.

Discussion, not lectures. Four questions with diverging answers, discussed by four people from three companies

The feature of this webinar is that it is not a one-sided lecture but a discussion format by four people from three companies.

Different positions answer the same question

From 'warehouse data implementation site', 'support for generative AI utilization for over 100 companies', and 'support for management decision-making'.

Four questions to be discussed

1. What is the 'first move' for AI in management involving logistics? 2. Is 'accumulating data' really the right answer? - The trap of collecting too much 3. What should managers delegate to AI and what should they not delegate? 4. Where will the difference in AI utilization appear in three years? - Optimism vs. Caution

Each theme will be broken down to 'what to do in your company from tomorrow'.

In the latter half, as the foundation for implementing these answers, we will show you the data platform 'W3 Data Platform', which takes in and converts data scattered within the company (core systems, OMS, files, etc.) with no-code ETL and continuously accumulates it so that AI can directly utilize it.

We would like you to come if you are...

・Managers and executives who want to utilize AI but cannot decide where to start in the logistics field ・Logistics/information system managers whose data is scattered across multiple locations and multiple WMSs and are still busy with Excel aggregation ・Shippers/3PL companies that want to proceed with the 'system' for responding to the 2024 issue and the Logistics Efficiency Act (CLO appointment) ・DX promotion/management planning staff who want to connect AI utilization, which has only reached PoC, to field results and profits ・Decision-makers who are wondering how to draw the line on 'what to delegate to AI' as management

If you fit even one of these, there are perspectives you can take back just by listening to the 'discussion'.
