The Lobby Lounge at The Westin Osaka (Kita-ku, Osaka / General Manager Masami Morita) will offer the 'Swan Melon Pudding Parfait', limited to 10 servings per day, from Monday, May 18 to Monday, August 31, 2026. Following last year's overwhelming response, which saw continuous sell-outs leading to extended sales periods and additional servings, we are bringing back the distinctive style of using half a melon as a bowl this year.
Swan Melon Pudding Parfait
The most striking feature is its impactful visual of using half a seasonal melon as the bowl. Hidden inside is a whole hotel-made pudding, creating a deeply satisfying composition that melon lovers will find irresistible. It layers mascarpone cream made by carefully whipping egg yolks and fresh cream, ice cream capturing the flavor of melon, and crispy coconut rochers, revealing hidden charms with every bite.
The top is decorated with the figure of a swan gliding across the water, finishing it as a parfait that symbolizes the cool and elegant summer Lobby Lounge.
