The Surf Ocean Terrace in Inage Seaside Park, Chiba City, to Host "Summer Festival 2026" for All Generations on August 16, 2026 (Sun)

DEARS BRAIN Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hirokazu Kogishi; hereinafter "the Company"), which operates The Surf Ocean Terrace (Chiba Prefecture, Chiba City), will hold "Summer Festival 2026," an event where a wide range of generations, from children to young adults, can enjoy themselves all day long, on August 16, 2026 (Sun).

This event will feature programs that families can enjoy with their children, as well as programs for friends to enjoy together, and will be held utilizing the open seaside location (indoor and outdoor spaces) to its fullest. It is an experiential event designed to add new color to the daily lives of local residents. Inage Seaside Park, where "The Surf Ocean Terrace" is located, is a beloved resting place for many citizens and tourists. We aim to be an "open community hub where local residents can gather casually and share special moments across generations." Amidst the reevaluation of family connections and the value of local experiences, this event has been planned as a way to create special summer vacation memories and as a venue for new community interaction.

We offer festival programs that will captivate children, including the sale of shaved ice and cotton candy, as well as yo-yo fishing, ring toss, and shooting games. You can enjoy the nostalgic liveliness of a festival in a resort setting.

2 "Aroma Mist Making Experience" to Enjoy Summer with All Five Senses (※Reservation required, same-day availability may be possible if space permits)

Featuring popular creator Madoka (https://www.instagram.com/madoka_life_1/) as instructor, we will hold a workshop to create original aroma mists. Take home your summer memories infused with scent.

3 "Yusei Live Acoustic Performance" Echoing with the Sea as a Backdrop (※Reservation required, same-day availability may be possible if space permits)

An acoustic live performance by artist Yusei (https://www.instagram.com/yusei.osashimi_kun/). Enjoy a high-quality musical experience in a space filled with the pleasant sea breeze.

Admission Fee: 500 yen (tax included) / with one drink

4 "Professional Photo Shoot" to Capture a Lifelong Memory (※Limited to 16 groups, reservation required)

A professional photographer will conduct a special photo session to capture the present moments of families and couples.

Time: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Participation Fee: 3,000 yen (tax included) / 5 photos delivered later, additional 5 photos for 500 yen (tax included)

5 Food Truck Participation

Popular food trucks will gather in the plaza in front of the Hall Building. Enjoy a variety of gourmet foods under the open sky.
