It is not just a brand offering heat countermeasures; it aims to support workers in adjusting their physical and mental condition and preparing for their next actions amidst continuously changing outdoor environments, such as prolonged heat waves, sudden heavy rains, and extreme temperature fluctuations.

The first product line, the cooling series, includes "Cooling Pads" for cooling the body during short breaks or before and after work, and "Peltier Cooling Vests" equipped with a 4-unit Peltier device to support heat countermeasures during work.

Notably, the Cooling Pad differs from conventional icing products used in sports for injury prevention and first aid. Development Background: Shifting from "Enduring" Heat to "Conditioning"

In recent years, with the prolonged periods of extreme heat, heatstroke countermeasures in outdoor work have become an even more critical issue.

According to data released by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, the number of heatstroke-related deaths and injuries in workplaces in Reiwa 7 (2025) was 1,803, the highest since statistics began. Furthermore, starting June 1, 2025, revised Industrial Safety and Health Regulations will come into effect, obligating employers to establish reporting systems and create and disseminate procedures for workers at risk of heatstroke, including taking breaks, cooling the body, and transporting to medical institutions.

Amidst these environmental changes, the heat countermeasures required for outdoor workers are shifting from simply enduring the heat to cooling the body and adjusting its condition, encompassing work periods, breaks, and before/after tasks.

On the other hand, conventional heat countermeasure products for work have primarily consisted of cooling wear worn during work, fan-equipped wear, and rugged items specialized for specific job sites. However, the day of an outdoor worker is not confined to just the work period.

Commute, travel, before work, during work, breaks, after work. The effects of heat and fatigue continue throughout the day.

Therefore, IMPLTM has re-evaluated heat countermeasures to include breaks, commutes, and before/after tasks, not just during work.

The Cooling Pad is a cooling gel pad that reinterprets the concept of icing used in sports for the purpose of cool-down during breaks or before/after work for outdoor workers. It is developed not for injury prevention or first aid, but to rapidly cool specific body parts—head, neck, arms, torso, and thighs—during short breaks, to help switch gears and create a condition that facilitates the next action.

The "Cooling Pad" is a product for rapid body cooling during short periods such as breaks. It can be cooled in a refrigerator or a cooler box with ice packs and reused.

Five dedicated shapes are available for the body parts you want to cool: head, neck, arms, torso, and thighs. These items provide rapid cooling without power, during short periods such as before work, during breaks, during commutes, and after work.

Unlike hard ice packs, the soft unfrozen gel and thin, highly thermally conductive fabric fit flexibly to joints and skeletal structures. By cooling a surface area rather than a single point, it broadly cools the target area.

The "Peltier Cooling Vest" is a cooling vest equipped with a 4-unit Peltier device.

Provides cooling support for time spent outdoors, from work to breaks and commutes. Four cooling Peltier units cool the body from the back, supporting heat countermeasures during outdoor work.

It achieves both a maximum cooling of approximately -22°C and a long operating time of up to approximately 8 hours. Furthermore, it features 4 cooling modes, a "fluctuation mode" that varies the cooling temperature, and 6 attachment holes allowing for device placement adjustment based on body size and desired cooling points.
