In the clinical practice of aesthetic dermatology in Aoyama, skin that repeatedly suffers from pore problems despite skincare is frequently observed.

The starting point is "residue" left in the pores. Over time, these residues oxidize and cause glycation, accelerating adult skin's unique aging signs* such as pore blackheads and enlarged pores, as well as dullness* and uneven texture. This clinical knowledge led to the importance of quickly removing pore plugs and dirt without friction.
