Announcement of Service Specification Changes and Brand Refresh Implementation Dates

NTT Docomo Bike Share, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Tsugunori Shimizu) announces the implementation dates for the service renewal previously communicated on February 27 and March 3, 2026.

The previously postponed launch schedule will now be rolled out in phases as follows:

August 1, 2026: Service Specification Changes

September 1, 2026: Brand Refresh (Introduction of new service name 'NOLL', new bike models, and new pricing)

Please note that there are partial changes from the announcements made on February 27 and March 3, 2026, as detailed below.

<Changes>

(1) Extension of External Account Linking Deadline

Previous: By 22:59 on March 31, 2026

Revised: By 22:59 on July 30, 2026

(2) New Pricing (Effective September 1, 2026)

The Sendai area will be newly added as a service area, introducing new electric-assist bicycles and a revised pricing structure.

※ The Kawasaki area will not introduce new electric-assist bicycles as of September 1, 2026. Only the revised pricing structure for existing electric-assist bicycles will be implemented. Areas not included in the update will continue under the current pricing model.

(3) Revision of Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy will be partially updated. For details, please refer to the official website (Terms of Use and Privacy Policy).

<Campaigns>

In conjunction with this service renewal, various campaigns will be launched to allow more customers to easily experience the new service.

Campaign details will be announced sequentially upon finalization.
