Dream Incubator Inc. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Takayuki Miyake) announced that it will appoint Keisuke Murakami as a Special Advisor effective June 1, 2026. After joining the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (now METI), Mr. Murakami was involved in policy formulation and international negotiations in various fields such as information industry policy and energy policy. Since 2014, he has been engaged in regional revitalization and national strategic special zone operations at the Cabinet Secretariat and Cabinet Office. Upon the establishment of the Digital Agency in 2021, he assumed the position of Director-General and led the development of digital infrastructure through public-private partnerships.
