As Japan's declining birthrate and aging population progress, the proportion of middle-aged and senior individuals in the labor force is steadily increasing. Career autonomy is increasingly sought after among this demographic.

The Career Development and Reskilling Promotion Project will implement the 'Ikiki Career Plan Juku' for middle-aged and senior individuals in all 47 prefectures nationwide. While fostering experience exchange through discussions among participants, the program supports the creation of career plans for a vibrant second career. It can serve as an opportunity to discover new possibilities for yourself.

📌 Overview of the Career Plan Juku (Spring Course)

This is a career plan juku for diverse middle-aged and senior individuals, including those who have worked continuously in regular employment, those who have worked in non-regular employment, and those who wish to start new employment after childcare, etc., has settled down. While fostering experience exchange through discussions among participants, it supports the creation of career plans for a second career. Career consulting is also provided to support continuous career development and reskilling.
