Amid growing interest in human capital management and reskilling initiatives, there is increasing attention on programs that support employees in taking ownership of their career development and learning.

To address this need, our project is hosting a 'Job Card Utilization Seminar & Career Counseling Experience' specifically for HR and training professionals.

In this seminar, participants will use the Job Card to organize their personal values, strengths, and weaknesses, and reflect on their future work styles and career paths.

Whether you want to 'seriously consider your own career development' or 'provide opportunities for each employee to reflect on their career,' the Career Formation and Reskilling Support Center is here to support you.

Career Development Support Using the Job Card

The Job Card is a tool designed to help individuals organize their past work experiences, learning, strengths, values, and future goals to support self-directed career planning.

When combined with career counseling, it enables individuals to objectively assess their strengths and challenges, and clarify the direction for career development and reskilling (re-learning).

Experience Individual Career Counseling with a Certified Career Consultant

After the seminar, the first two participants to register will have the opportunity to experience a one-on-one career counseling session with a nationally certified career consultant.

Even if you cannot participate in the on-site experience session, you may apply for individual career counseling at a later date.
