Pac-Ex Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Takayuki Matsubayashi), which operates recruitment and customer attraction support businesses, has launched the pachinko parlor smoking area signage media service 'PASSION' and released its official website. PASSION is an advertising service that allows for the delivery of promotional ads to leisure consumers by utilizing digital signage installed in the smoking areas of pachinko parlors. By creating ad exposure in smoking spaces where visitors tend to spend a relatively long time, it can be utilized for a wide range of marketing measures, such as increasing brand awareness and promoting store visits. Regarding the hardware, the signage is installed with the flow of the smoking area in mind, and the environment is designed so that the screen cannot be seen from the outside, enabling ad delivery limited to scenes used by those aged 20 and over. It also supports audio delivery, achieving high ad appeal by combining video and sound. Furthermore, it supports ad exposure analysis using AI cameras, allowing for the visualization of viewing trends and attribute tendencies. Note that the analysis data does not contain information that identifies or distinguishes individuals. The service overview includes 120 planned locations in the Tokyo metropolitan area, with an estimated 505,000 impressions per month. The advertising fee is 1.5 million yen (excluding tax), which includes an analysis report. Moving forward, the company aims to expand promotional collaborations with advertisers and actively promote partnerships with advertising agencies and sales partners.
