A New Perspective on Corporate Safe Driving Education

Human Dynamics Co., Ltd. (Musashisakai Driving School Group) has begun providing a new service for corporate safe driving education that visualizes the driver's own driving tendencies and supports 'awareness before an accident occurs.' The product name is 'Next-Generation Driving Education Program (tentative name, currently under adjustment).' This service was developed based on the driving school's examination standards and evaluation criteria used in corporate driving training. It allows for an objective review of 'daily driving tendencies' that are difficult to see in practical driving training alone, as well as the gap between the perception of 'I think I'm doing it right' and actual driving behavior. It also aims to be used as a new safe driving education tool to support 'safety education to prevent accidents' and 'safety management conscious of compliance,' which are required of companies in recent years. By answering 58 questions regarding driving operations and judgment, it reveals the 'judgment and driving operations' that the trainee actually performs while driving. Since this result is based on the trainee's self-report, combining it with practical driving training makes it possible to objectively confirm the gap between the 'trainee's own perception' and 'actual driving behavior.'
