B Corp Develops Next-Gen Leader Training Program Featuring Refugee Instructors

This immersive program focuses on re-framing global social issues as personal challenges, rather than just academic knowledge, through direct dialogue and collaboration with refugees living in Japan. People Focus Consulting developed this initiative in partnership with NPOs such as WELgee and Terra Renaissance.

The 2.5-day training includes: - Day 1: Dialogue and deep-dive discussions with refugee instructors, featuring personal storytelling. - Day 2: Sustainability leadership training based on B Corp case studies. - Day 3: Team and individual presentations focused on actionable plans.

The initial pilot program, focusing on the Syrian perspective, will be held between July and August 2026.
