Pharmashift Co., Ltd. (HQ: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Kentaro Tago) announced that as of May 11, 2026, it has launched a partnership with GECS Inc. (Nagoya, Aichi; Representatives: Kaichi Murakami, Kaito Kuzukami), the operator of 'Annyo,' an online medical consultation service connecting pediatric patients with remote physicians.

Background: Healthcare Access Challenges for Parenting Households With the increase in dual-income and nuclear families, responding to sudden illnesses in children has become a significant burden for many parents. Concerns regarding long waits for medication pickup following consultations are frequently voiced on social media. To address these issues, 'Annyo' provides online consultations through a LINE Official Account, available from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, allowing busy families to receive care with peace of mind. Meanwhile, 'Tsunagaru Yakkyoku' connects patients with pharmacies nationwide via LINE, enabling prescription transmission and medication adherence support. The collaboration between both services will contribute to improving healthcare access for parenting households.

Partnership Overview: 'Tsunagaru Yakkyoku' Pharmacies Now Selectable via 'Annyo' Through this collaboration, patients can now select pharmacies that have adopted 'Tsunagaru Yakkyoku' (excluding some locations) as the pickup destination for medication prescribed during 'Annyo' online consultations. Since prescriptions are sent via fax from 'Annyo' to the pharmacy, patients do not need to deliver or carry their prescriptions themselves. After the online consultation, patients simply select their preferred pharmacy and pick up the medication, ensuring a smooth end-to-end process. *No system modifications or changes to operations are required for 'Annyo' or pharmacy partners. The existing workflow remains in effect.
