Firadis Ltd. will begin handling wines as the official distributor for the producer Camille & Guillaume Boillot of Meursault, Burgundy, France, starting Thursday, June 18, 2026.

A New Generation Domaine: The Union of Two Great Burgundy Families

Based in Meursault, Camille & Guillaume Boillot is a notable new star domaine founded in 2021 by a couple pursuing their own ideals, built on the foundation of prestigious family traditions. Husband Guillaume comes from the esteemed Henri Boillot family in Volnay and is a skilled winemaker who served as their head of vinification for many years. His wife, Camille, is the daughter of the proprietor of the historic Domaine Christophe Violot-Guillemard in Pommard.

Their vineyard, initially just 1.8 hectares, expanded to 8.5 hectares in 2025 after inheriting some plots from Henri Boillot, marking a new beginning.

Inheriting a Prestigious DNA, Evolving to a More Delicate and Refined Style

In cultivation, they have further developed the natural approaches of both families, actively introducing biodynamics, including horse-drawn plowing in some plots. Even for cuvées using purchased grapes, they participate in the harvest themselves to ensure quality control.

In winemaking, for white wines, they use a gentle vertical press with whole clusters, no bâtonnage, and a controlled new barrel ratio. For red wines, they employ 'vinification intégrale'—fermentation and aging in the same barrel—to extract more delicate and silky tannins.

They aim for wines that possess powerful minerality and a solid body, yet are balanced with delicacy, precision, and maturity. While inheriting the Henri Boillot DNA, they achieve a more refined style by slightly shortening the aging period.

Their skill is already highly acclaimed, with Jasper Morris awarding scores of 90 or more to multiple cuvées from their first vintage in 2022, with one wine reaching 95 points.
