Frontier House Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Katsuhiko Sato; hereinafter "the Company"), a company engaged in comprehensive real estate business, announces the name change of its 'Tokyo Office' to 'Tokyo Branch' effective July 1, 2026, as part of organizational restructuring in line with business expansion.

Background and Purpose of the Name Change

In July 2025, the Company relocated its Tokyo Office to 'Shibuya Scramble Square' to strengthen branding among domestic and international investors and further develop its business foundation within Tokyo. One year after the relocation, in July 2026, the Company has upgraded and renamed this location to 'Tokyo Branch' in response to further advancement in its business phase.

Previously, the Tokyo Office primarily handled land acquisition, planning, and sales. Moving forward, the Tokyo Branch will gradually expand its functions to include construction, leasing, and property management—core strengths of the Company—on par with the headquarters. This will strengthen the 'one-stop service' model in Tokyo, enabling end-to-end handling from development to management, and further enhancing service quality and convenience for customers residing in Tokyo and those who own properties within the city.

Additionally, in anticipation of future personnel growth and business scale expansion, the Company aims to strengthen organizational governance and accelerate decision-making. By providing optimal solutions covering development, asset management, and exit strategies for increasingly diverse investment and end-user demands, the Company will create further added value and promote medium- to long-term corporate growth.
