Facilities can post their 'non-numerical strengths,' such as work content, support policies, and atmosphere, to reach the users they truly want to support. Users, their families, and supporters can search and compare facilities based on location and conditions to find the right fit. This service was developed based on challenges identified at the Type B continuous employment support facility operated by the company itself. It combines web production and media management expertise to address the voices of the field, such as 'we cannot convey our careful support to the outside' and 'it is difficult to find new users.'
