Precious Partners Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Seiji Takasaki), which operates a recruitment consulting business, will launch 'WinC Audition (Wink Audition),' a job event where company presidents, executives, and students engage in value-based matching for new graduate recruitment of the 28th cohort, starting Thursday, September 3, 2026. In conjunction with the launch, pre-registration for students graduating in 2028 is now open.
What is 'WinC Audition (Wink Audition)'? (https://wincaudition.com/)
WinC Audition is a job event where company presidents, executives, and students select each other as people they want to work with, based on shared values.
Only students who resonate with the two concepts—'Who do you want to work with?' and 'CEO-led job hunting'—can participate. To date, approximately 7,900 students have participated, and around 970 companies, ranging from listed corporations to small and medium-sized enterprises and startups, have taken the stage.
During the event, company presidents, executives, and students deepen their understanding of each other's values and mindsets through dialogue. Students select the presidents or executives they wish to work with, while companies select students they want to work alongside. Students who rank in the top two based on mutual evaluation scores are selected as 'Best Matching' candidates and will have an offer interview with the company president or executive after the event. By discussing the reasons for being selected as a top match and future career visions, both parties can further deepen mutual understanding while maintaining the momentum right after the event. Through WinC Audition, we aim to create opportunities for students to connect with company leaders’ aspirations, corporate philosophies, and visions, leading to long-term success after joining the company.
What is 'CEO-led Job Hunting'?
'CEO-led job hunting' is a new form of job-seeking where company presidents and executives personally conduct new graduate recruitment, and students choose companies based on their resonance with the CEO’s vision, corporate philosophy, and values. By focusing on 'Who do you want to work with?', students are more likely to find companies that align with their values and mindset, helping prevent mismatches after employment. For companies, meeting students who resonate with their philosophy enables hiring talent with shared values, leading to the recruitment of individuals who can thrive in the long term.
Features of WinC Audition
Value Matching Through Dialogue with Company Presidents and Executives
In WinC Audition, the president or executive of each participating company must take the stage and directly convey the company’s philosophy, vision, and culture to students. Students deepen their understanding of companies by comparing them with their own values, enabling value-based matching. For students, it is also a valuable opportunity to directly communicate with company leaders, express their own aspirations and values through self-promotion and questions.
Unique Mutual Point Evaluation System
Using a unique matching rule, students select the 'presidents or executives they want to work with,' while companies select the 'students they want to work with.' Mutual point evaluations visualize the matching level, enabling job hunting without mismatches. Students who rank in the top two in mutual evaluations become 'Best Matching' candidates and are given time for individual 'offer interviews' with the company president or executive after the event. Through direct dialogue about the reasons for being selected and future career visions, mutual understanding can be further deepened.
Students with Deepened Self-Awareness Participate
Participating students attend a pre-event seminar. The seminar not only explains the event’s concept and schedule but also includes programs to deepen self-awareness. By engaging in dialogue with company presidents and executives with a deeper understanding of themselves, students can more effectively convey their thoughts and values, enabling companies to conduct matching with deeper insight.

3. Matching Time
Using a unique matching rule, students select the 'presidents/executives they want to work with,' and companies select the 'students they want to work with.' Mutual point evaluations visualize the matching level, enabling matching. Students who rank in the top two in mutual evaluations are selected as 'Best Matching' candidates and are given time for individual 'offer interviews' with the company president or executive on the event day to deepen mutual understanding.

Voices from Participating Students
・I was able to hear stories from the CEO about their past experiences, struggles, and work philosophy—things I rarely get to hear in daily life.
・Being able to directly talk with CEOs and executives allowed me not only to promote myself but also to listen carefully to their insights, making it a meaningful experience.
・Unlike regular company presentations, directly talking with CEOs and executives allowed me to feel the company culture, employees’ passion, and energy firsthand, beyond what’s shown on websites.
