PREMIUM JAPAN AWARD 2026 Ceremony to be Held on September 29 at Kanze Noh Theater

Premium Japan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Mio Shimamura), operator of the online media platform 'Premium Japan,' announced that the awards ceremony for the 'PREMIUM JAPAN AWARD 2026,' dedicated to promoting Japanese culture to the world, will be held on September 29, 2026, at the Kanze Noh Theater, located on the third basement floor of GINZA SIX.

The Kanze Noh Theater, equipped with a traditional cypress stage, is recognized as a symbolic space for Japanese culture. This special venue will serve as a stage to promote the intrinsic value of Japanese culture both domestically and internationally.

In addition to the support from the Japan Tourism Agency and Kyoto Prefecture, the award has now officially secured the backing of the Agency for Cultural Affairs. Several corporate sponsors have also joined the initiative. The award aims to honor individuals, groups, producers, and special projects that embody the essence of Japan and contribute significantly to various cultural sectors, including traditional arts, contemporary culture, food, and travel, with the purpose of sharing their value globally.
