Background of the Event

Even though students want to be their authentic selves, being "different from others" often becomes a disadvantage in job hunting. BaseMe established this project with the desire to be a place where individuals can express their values to the fullest, supporting all students who challenge job hunting in their unique style.

What was revealed from students' discomfort regarding job hunting

A survey targeting 272 job seekers found that over 80% felt a sense of discomfort. It was natural for them to feel that their job-hunting ID photos did not represent their authentic selves, and a strong resistance was observed against being judged solely by such photos.
