Opening Tomorrow! Pokémon Sleep 3rd Anniversary Event 'Find Pokémon Napping Faces in Yokohama'

The Pokémon Company (Headquarters: Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Tsunekazu Ishihara) will co-host, together with Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Otemachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Executive Officer, President & CEO: Atsushi Nakajima), the 'Pokémon Sleep 3rd Anniversary: Find Pokémon Napping Faces in Yokohama presented by MITSUBISHI ESTATE GROUP' (hereinafter 'the event') from Friday, July 17, 2026, to Sunday, August 23, 2026. Today, July 16 (Thursday), a media preview event was held ahead of the opening. This press release announces the content revealed during the preview.

※The event will be held at Yokohama Landmark Tower (Landmark Plaza) (Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; operated by Mitsubishi Estate Property Management Co., Ltd.) and MARK IS Minatomirai (same location; operated by the same company).

1. Event Launch Starting Tomorrow, July 17 (Fri)!

To celebrate the third anniversary of the sleep-themed mobile game 'Pokémon Sleep,' an event will begin tomorrow, July 17 (Friday), in Yokohama Minatomirai.

At the event venues, visitors can enjoy a stamp rally where they search for the sleeping faces of various Pokémon, mirroring the gameplay of finding Pokémon napping in the 'Pokémon Sleep' app.

At Landmark Plaza, highlights include the 'Good Night Snorlax Plaza,' featuring a giant 3-meter Snorlax, and a Mega Pokémon Gacha machine offering original merchandise. At MARK IS Minatomirai, a goods shop and drink stand will also be available.

Assist Professor Neroli, who studies Pokémon sleeping faces, as you explore both event locations and encounter various Pokémon.

2. Highlights from the Media Preview!

Ahead of the event starting July 17 (Fri), we unveiled Pokémon sleeping faces, the stamp rally, the Pokémon Sleep Shop, and the Pokémon Sleep Drink Stand.

During the event, visitors can encounter Pokémon throughout both Landmark Plaza and MARK IS Minatomirai. At the media preview, some Pokémon sleeping faces were revealed. Approximately 90 types of Pokémon are hidden across the venues—come and discover them all!

〔Pokémon Napping Face Stamp Rally〕

A stamp rally where visitors search for six stamp stations located across Landmark Plaza and MARK IS Minatomirai. Collect stamps to receive coupons for the 'Minatomirai Point App' and original stickers!

At the media preview, photo spots featuring Pikachu and Eevee were revealed. Other Pokémon locations will be unveiled starting on the event day, July 17 (Fri)—stay tuned!

〔Good Night Snorlax Plaza〕

A plaza featuring a giant sleeping Snorlax has appeared at Landmark Plaza!

Surrounding Snorlax are decorative photos of Pokémon sleeping faces, creating a relaxing and healing atmosphere. Visitors enjoyed taking photos alongside the large Snorlax figures.

〔Mega Pokémon Gacha with Original Goods〕

We unveiled a 'Mega Pokémon Gacha' machine that randomly dispenses one of four types of 'Pokémon Sleep'-themed muffler towels.

〔Nap Recovery Station supported by TOTONE〕

For the first time, 'Pokémon Sleep' collaborates with 'TOTONE,' a strategic napping tool developed by Toyota Motor Corporation. Attendees experienced a Poké Ball-designed 'TOTONE' unit in advance. At the preview, voluntary brainwave measurements using 'InSomnograf,' a sleep measurement service developed by S'UIMIN Co., Ltd., were also conducted.
