Meister Engineering Group Welcomes Kurachi Densan to its 'Technical Service Federation'

Meister Engineering Group (HQ: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Daisuke Hirano) announced that as of May 19, 2026, it has welcomed Kurachi Densan Co., Ltd. (HQ: Miyoshi City, Aichi Prefecture; President: Yuzo Marui), a specialist in design, manufacturing, and installation of automatic control devices, into the group through a business and capital alliance.

Purpose of Joining the 'Technical Service Federation': The Group provides technical services supporting social foundations in two segments: 'Mechatronics' supporting industries such as semiconductors, medical, and automotive, and 'Ultra-Important Infrastructure' such as lifelines and plants. With the acceleration of capital investment for labor saving and automation in manufacturing, the importance of control design and panel production has increased, while securing talent and technical succession remain major challenges. The Group promotes 'Technical Service Federation' management to resolve these issues by partnering with companies possessing high specialized expertise.

Kurachi Densan boasts a long track record in the automotive production line sector, particularly for the Toyota Group, with expertise in control design. Through this alliance, the Group will support the strengthening of organizational structures and sustainable business management in Kurachi Densan, leveraging management infrastructure know-how.
