Notice of New Facility Opening

Mr. Service Co., Ltd. (Head Office: 1153-6 Koshinden, Minami-ku, Okayama City; President: Takeshi Tsuchiiwa), which operates logistics centers, provides manufacturing line outsourcing services, and offers staffing services in Okayama Prefecture, has decided to open a new logistics base, "Kuwano III Center," in Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture, by leasing a portion of a logistics warehouse within the city. This facility, which will commence full-scale operations in July 2026, plans to hire approximately 15 new employees. With an annual shipment volume expected to be around 100,000 units, the company aims to improve quality and expand local employment. This will be the 12th facility in Okayama Prefecture, including contracted sites within other companies' premises.

Background of the New Facility

The opening of this new facility aims to create employment opportunities in the region, strengthen our operational structure, and enhance service quality. With recent business expansion, the need for a more stable operational system has become apparent. In response, we have entered into an alliance with a reputable local company in a different industry (the facility owner). Through this unique framework of facility leasing between different industries, we aim to effectively utilize the resources held by our partner company and build a sustainable business model that leverages each other's strengths. Mr. Service Co., Ltd. will continue to contribute to the local community and achieve sustainable business growth by actively hiring local talent at this new facility. Please note that, based on the agreement with our partner company, the company name and detailed location (such as street numbers) will not be disclosed. Moving forward, we will continue to prioritize collaboration with the region, focusing on job creation and service improvement, thereby contributing to the development of the local economy.
