Purpose of Business Succession
In its long-term vision 2030, "Continuous Growth Driven by Strengths in EX and CX," Yamashita aims for sales of 85 billion yen by 2030, by fostering a virtuous cycle that mutually enhances "EX = Employee Job Satisfaction" and "CX = Customer Experience Value." To achieve this, the company plans to expand its number of sales offices from the current 80 to over 120 by 2030, accelerating M&A and new store openings. In this context, Yuu Care Co., Ltd. has been providing community-based welfare equipment services, primarily in Chiba City and the central-eastern Chiba Prefecture area (Higashi-Kogane City, Sanmu City, Oamishirasato City, Kujukuri Town). Yamashita decided to acquire the business with the aim of expanding its customer base and increasing its market share.
Customers in the Chiba City area will be integrated into existing sales offices, while a new Yamashita Higashi-Kogane Sales Office will be established in the central-eastern Chiba Prefecture area to continue providing services.
