Special Two-Part Opening Commemorative Event to Be Held! 'Hiyashi Tanuki' Offered at 550 Yen and "Tempura Passport" Distribution

"Mogami Seimen" opened its first store in Gifu City in December 2024, specializing in freshly made and boiled soba noodles, with its signature dish being 'Hiyashi Tanuki,' which is cherished as Gifu's soul food.

To celebrate the opening of the third store, "Mogami Seimen Iwakura Store," a two-part event will be held. The first part, from July 27, 2026 (Mon) to August 2, 2026 (Sun), will offer 'Hiyashi Tanuki (Regular)' for 550 yen (tax included), down from the usual price of 704 yen (tax included), and 'Hiyashi Tanuki (Large)' for 660 yen (tax included), down from the usual price of 825 yen (tax included).

Additionally, starting August 17, 2026 (Mon), a "Tempura Passport" will be given to the first 5,000 customers who present it upon visit, entitling them to one free tempura item. (This passport can be used until the end of December 2026.)

* The 'Hiyashi Tanuki' cannot be combined with discount tickets during the first part of the event.

"Mogami Seimen Iwakura Store" is a large-scale store with 98 seats, significantly exceeding the 63 seats of the first store and the 77 seats of the second store, making it the brand's largest facility.
