Ralsnet Inc. (Headquarters: Hakodate, Hokkaido; Representative Director: Taro Suzuki), operator of the portal site 'Real Estate Rengo-tai,' officially released 'AI Easy Property Registration' on Wednesday, May 27. This new feature for the 'Rals Manager' property registration system uses AI to analyze property documents and automatically input content. The feature supports PDF data of property flyers (Maisoku), images taken with smartphones, and captured images of property detail pages from websites like REINS. The AI analyzes uploaded document images in as little as 30 seconds and automatically inputs the property information into the corresponding fields on the registration screen. This streamlines the manual property registration process, which previously took about 15 to 30 minutes, and is expected to reduce work time by up to 70%. In the real estate industry, where labor shortages persist, this feature will reduce daily input burdens and contribute to the industry's DX promotion. As a release commemoration, this feature is available for free for the time being.
