By simply uploading a photo of an empty room and specifying the room type (e.g., living room, bedroom) and interior design theme, the AI automatically and realistically places CG furniture and interior items. This enhances the visual appeal of property listings, helping franchise real estate agencies attract interest and generate more inquiries.

Features of 'AI Rakuraku Staging'

1. AI Automatically Places Realistic CG Furniture

Upload a photo of an unfurnished room, specify the 'room type' and 'interior image,' and the AI will automatically and beautifully arrange suitable furniture and decor tailored to the space.

2. Nine Interior Design Themes Available

Choose from nine themes including 'Casual,' 'Modern,' and 'Nordic.' With a wide variety of styles, it's easy to find a design that matches the room, reducing time spent on image editing decisions.

3. Generate Four Layout Patterns at Low Cost and High Speed

At just 300 yen per use, the system generates four different furniture layout options in approximately 30 seconds. Franchise agencies can select their favorite image from the four to publish, allowing them to compare multiple styles and choose the best fit for the property. (Downloading all four images incurs the same fee.)

4. Choose Between 'Let Us Decide' or 'Specify Items'

Selecting 'Let Us Decide' allows the AI to automatically place appropriate furniture based on the room type (e.g., living room, bedroom).

Alternatively, users can specify items they want included, such as 'must include a sofa and TV.'
