Exhibition Highlights
At this exhibition, Robit showcased its flagship product, the AI visual inspection solution 'TESRAY G Series.' Under the concept of 'Solutions that AI alone cannot achieve,' we presented direct responses to quality control challenges faced in food manufacturing sites.
### AI Visual Inspection Solution 'TESRAY G Series'
The 'TESRAY G Series' is a next-generation automated sorting solution that overcomes the limitations of conventional image processing technologies in complex visual inspections by integrating AI technology with proprietary hardware. It ranked No. 1 in the inspection and quality control category of 'FOOD TOWN,' a food industry-specific database.

Its greatest feature is the 'airborne sorting technology,' where AI makes ultra-high-speed judgments within milliseconds as the inspected object falls through the air, instantly ejecting and sorting defective items before they land. This digitizes high-difficulty sensory inspections previously dependent on skilled workers' experience and intuition, enabling stable, high-precision operation 24 hours a day.
### Three Key Strengths of the TESRAY G Series
- Superior 'discrimination capability' and 'flexibility' surpassing conventional technologies
AI identifies foreign objects with colors similar to the target (e.g., stones, soil, plants, insects) and slight shape distortions—challenges for traditional color sorters—by understanding context. By recognizing object characteristics beyond mere color differences, it achieves overwhelming detection accuracy.
- Replicating expert judgment to maximize yield
Beyond a simple 'defective or not' binary, AI classifies the type and severity of defects. Flexible settings allow customization to customer standards—such as shipping slightly deformed items for processing while only rejecting critical defects—minimizing waste and directly optimizing yield.
- Adaptability to diverse objects and customization through in-house development
Optimized for small objects from fingertip to palm size, including cut vegetables, nuts, spices, fish roe, resin pellets, and metal washers. Since all core technologies are developed and manufactured in-house, flexible customization is possible to match on-site processing capacity and constraints of existing production lines.

Exhibition Results and Feedback
Throughout the four-day event, over 2,000 visitors came to our booth, and we exchanged business cards with more than 1,250 individuals. We also received numerous on-site inquiries regarding specific implementations. We are deeply grateful for the overwhelming interest and support.
At the venue, we had valuable opportunities to directly engage with professionals facing challenges in food manufacturing. Feedback such as 'We’ve long known Robit as a leader in inspection technology' and 'After seeing the live demo, we felt the high level of technical expertise' reaffirmed both the deep interest from industry professionals and the vast potential for our solutions to support more areas.
We will sincerely incorporate the feedback and requests received into future product improvements and service enhancements. We remain committed to contributing to solving challenges in manufacturing environments.
