On June 1, 2026, Loftwork Inc. will launch 'FabCafe Chiba,' a new creative hub utilizing the tea house space within the 'Inohana-tei' public facility in Inohana Park, Chiba City. Operating as a cafe, shop, and event space, FabCafe Chiba will feature local foods, products, crafts, and art under the theme 'Savoring Chiba.' The project emphasizes creatively repurposing the historic public space, guided by a concept they call 'transpossé'—reinterpreting and giving new roles to existing things. By hosting workshops, markets, and exhibitions, it aims to create new value from local resources and eventually foster a creative network throughout the entire Inohana area, contributing to regional revitalization.
