Wakaruku (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Saeko Ishikawa) is pleased to announce its selection as the contractor for the 'MAITSURU Project 2026 Gunma Digital Career School' by the Gunma Prefectural Government.

Beginning in August 2026, we will implement digital talent development programs and employment support for women within Gunma Prefecture.

Project Objective The MAITSURU Project is a government initiative by the Gunma Prefectural Industrial Economy Department designed to provide integrated support for women—including those currently job-hunting or in non-regular employment—to develop digital skills and transition to regular employment.

This fiscal year, the program will include career advancement support, digital skills workshops, and job matching between local Gunma companies and participants.

About Gunma Digital Career School - Duration: August 2026 – February 2027 - Style: Hybrid (In-person/Online); Digital skills courses are on-demand. - Content: Career advancement (business basics, career development), digital skills (security, AI, Excel, design), and matching support. - Eligibility: Women residing in Gunma Prefecture who are job-hunting or seeking transition to regular employment. - Capacity: Approx. 70 students. - Fee: 16,500 yen (including tax). - Application Period: June 4, 2026 – July 20, 2026.

Support for Companies We facilitate job matching with local Gunma enterprises. There are no recruitment costs, such as placement fees. Recruiting sessions for participants are scheduled for November, followed by a matching event in December.
