This ranking is compiled based on the "favorite counts" on company pages by users of the job hunting support service "One Career" and is published in a ranking format. Since its launch in 2016, it has attracted significant attention from many companies, media outlets, and students as an indicator that clearly reflects new regional job hunting trends and student values.
