No dedicated app installation is required; site confirmation and sharing can be done solely through a browser.

It eliminates the need to visit the site, allowing stakeholders to confirm the situation from the same perspective and share specific locations, thereby reducing the time and rework involved in site confirmation, progress sharing, and consensus building.

Social infrastructure built during Japan's period of high economic growth is reaching its renewal phase simultaneously. By 2033, approximately 60% of road bridges are expected to be over 50 years old. While the scope of inspection and maintenance is increasing, the number of personnel available for fieldwork is limited. By recording site conditions in Machica as photorealistic 3D data, damage locations can be annotated, and long-term maintenance plans can be considered while comparing past and present states. Even with fewer people able to visit the site, all stakeholders can grasp the situation in the same detailed 3D space.

In consensus building and neighborhood explanations for development plans, conveying "how it will look after completion" is often difficult, leading to rework. Machica reproduces the current cityscape and site in a photorealistic 3D space, allowing planned building models to be overlaid. Disaster Prevention and Crisis Management

During disasters, it is crucial to quickly share the overall picture of damage when access to the site is impossible and the situation is constantly changing. Machica can reproduce disaster sites as 3D spaces from data acquired by drones or other means, allowing for situation sharing with stakeholders at remote locations via a single URL. Decision-making can proceed with everyone viewing the same screen, from visualizing damage to planning recovery and achieving consensus.
