Pepica Co., Ltd. (Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture; President Eiki Saito), a 100% subsidiary of Sanei Corporation (Taito City, Tokyo; President Masami Mizukoshi; Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market, Stock Code 8119), opened its 9th store, Pepica New Urayasu, on Wednesday, July 1, 2026.

The store is located in the commercial facility Trade Port, situated in the New Urayasu district, close to Tokyo Disney Resort and surrounding hotels. It is also within walking distance of Urayasu City General Park, a spacious park popular with dog owners, and adjacent to large-scale condominium developments by major real estate developers, making it a family-friendly Bay Area destination.

Pepica currently focuses on pet-related services such as medical care and grooming. The new store primarily offers grooming services for dogs. Building on its existing stores, it provides a wide range of skin-friendly optional treatments, including Ayurveda-inspired herb packs and carbonated water shampoo. Groomers holding the national qualification of Certified Animal Nurse lead services tailored for senior dogs. The store also features an on-site pet hotel with a dedicated play area for boarded pets, making it convenient not only for local residents but also for guests staying at nearby hotels.
