Real Estate Research Institute, which develops business solutions for the real estate industry, has partnered with office relocation consulting firm At-Office to provide the six finalists of the 'U25 AI×3D PERSPECTIVE AWARD 2026' spatial design competition with opportunities to participate in actual office relocation projects. This initiative aims to integrate spatial concept designs and perspective proposals created using generative AI into actual corporate office proposals, supporting the career development of young creators. The finalists will be responsible for visual concept construction and perspective production for office relocation projects (50-100 tsubo) handled by At-Office. At-Office will provide full support on the practical side, and participants will receive 150,000 yen (excluding tax) per project. There is a possibility that their designs will be adopted, and the designer's name or school/team name will be published upon project completion. Hinako Nagami, CEO of Real Estate Research Institute, stated, 'We want to connect ideas to actual spatial proposals,' while Shuichiro Takashima of At-Office expressed his hope to 'connect talent with the business world.'
