Next Haus Design (Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture), operated by Nakamura Housing, has launched a web content service called 'Home Building Delusion AI Consultation Room (Beta)' that allows users to easily organize their confusion regarding house building.
This service was born from the atmosphere of Next Haus Design's ongoing Instagram Live series, 'Home Building Delusion Live,' and serves as an entry point for housing consultations.
For themes often confusing at the initial stage, such as choosing between one-story and two-story homes, atrium designs, storage, land hunting, and budget planning, three AI avatars provide reference answers from different viewpoints.
Rather than asking the AI for a single 'correct' answer, the company hopes this will help those unsure about building a home find what is truly important to them.
[Three AI Avatars Provide Answers from Different Perspectives] - Ihara AI: Focuses on floor plans, flow, and usability. - Minaki AI: Focuses on comfort, atmosphere, and lifestyle perspective. - Mizonobe AI: Focuses on lifestyle, land, and future changes.
[Examples of themes currently available for consultation] - Which is better, one-story or two-story? - Concerns about cold or noise in an atrium? - Do people really use wood decks? - How to decide when couples have different tastes? - How to create a house that is easy to tidy up? - Where to start when worried about budget?
[Future Outlook] In addition to expanding consultation themes in tandem with Instagram Live and social media, the company is considering future LINE integration and more advanced AI consultation features.
