Labtama to Host Saitama Prefecture's 'Experience, Learn, and Connect: DX Promotion Initiative' Exhibition in Kawagoe on July 28

The Regional Design Lab Saitama (President: Takafumi Sonoda, hereinafter 'Labtama') under the Resona Group has been entrusted by Saitama Prefecture with the operation of the 'Experience, Learn, and Connect: DX Promotion Initiative' experiential exhibition.

Experience, Learn, and Connect: Experiential DX Exhibition

Project Background

This initiative aims to promote DX adoption among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and small-scale businesses in the prefecture. Through experiential exhibitions and collaborative support with relevant organizations, it supports businesses from initial consideration to implementation and stabilization of DX tools.

In recent years, digital technologies have become increasingly important for improving operational efficiency and addressing labor shortages. However, many SMEs and small businesses face challenges in selecting appropriate tools and effectively utilizing them after implementation, resulting in slow DX progress. This project provides opportunities to experience DX tools in simulated daily work scenarios and connects participants with human support and subsidy programs, aiming to create an environment where businesses can confidently pursue DX.

Project Content

Experiential DX exhibitions will be held at five locations across Saitama Prefecture. At each venue, attendees can experience approximately 30 DX tools across various fields, including accounting, public relations, construction management, and production management. Additionally, 'mini-seminars' on DX implementation strategies and social media utilization, as well as consultation services on prefectural support programs and subsidy utilization, will be offered.

Day4: July 28, 2026 (Tue) – Westa Kawagoe (Kawagoe City)

Day5: August 18, 2026 (Tue) – Miyashiro Town Community Center Shushukan (Miyashiro Town)

*Hours: 10:00 to 17:00 each day

Features of the Kawagoe Venue

The Kawagoe venue will offer particularly comprehensive introductions to services tailored for tourism, retail, and service industries.
