Notice Regarding Feature of Tamagawa Holdings Subsidiary on Local Television Station

TAMAGAWA ELECTRONICS VIETNAM CO., LTD. (hereinafter "Tamagawa Electronics Vietnam"), a subsidiary of Tamagawa Holdings Co., Ltd., was featured on a news program broadcast by a local television station in Hung Yen Province, Vietnam, where its factory is located.

The program highlighted the business environment and economic development of the province, featuring Tamagawa Electronics Vietnam as a notable example of a Japanese company expanding into the region. The coverage specifically emphasized the company's role in operating a production base in the area, its contributions to local job creation and economic growth, and its status as a critical overseas production hub for the group.

During the interview, Junichi Suzuki, President and CEO of Tamagawa Electronics, commented: "Last year, our company was selected as one of the 'Top 12 Powerful Brands' in Vietnam. Our factory here is a vital facility for the group and serves as our core production base overseas."

Hung Yen Province, home to the factory, has seen significant infrastructure and business environment development in recent years, attracting an increasing number of foreign companies, including those from Japan. Tamagawa Electronics Vietnam serves as the primary production site for the device business of Tamagawa Electronics, manufacturing products mainly for the mobile infrastructure market. It functions as a supply hub for the parent company and as a stepping stone for market expansion in Southeast Asia. Since its establishment in April 2015, the company has built a solid overseas production framework, realizing high-quality, low-cost manufacturing, and meeting the demand for communication infrastructure products both in Japan and Vietnam.
