Fuji Green Hotel has officially commenced operations for its seasonal rooftop beer garden, effective Friday, June 5th, located on the rooftop of the hotel premises.
Situated just a one-minute walk from the north exit of JR Fuji Station, the rooftop beer garden offers an open-air space where commuters and local residents can casually enjoy food and drinks. The venue accommodates individual guests as well as groups.
Decorated with lanterns and festive lighting, the venue provides a unique rooftop ambiance at night for enjoying cold beer, highballs, various chuhai (shochu cocktails), and a wide selection of dishes.
The menu features classic beer-pairing dishes such as edamame, boiled peanuts, black hanpen, yakitori, karaage, french fries, salad, and Fujinomiya yakisoba. Additionally, special offerings like the 'Hamayaki' 5-variety platter—featuring charcoal-grilled scallops, turban shells, shrimp, squid, and the catch of the day—along with beef steak are available.
For groups of four or more, the hotel offers all-you-can-drink plans (90 minutes for 2,500 yen or 120 minutes for 3,000 yen), as well as pre-booked food set plans ('Basic Plan' for 3,000 yen and 'Hamayaki Plan' for 4,000 yen), suitable for company banquets, mixers, or social gatherings.
This season, the venue has introduced a mobile ordering system to ensure a smoother dining experience. Furthermore, digital signage has been installed to promote local enterprises and disseminate information regarding regional events. By utilizing the beer garden—which attracts a significant number of visitors—not just as a dining venue but also as a hub for regional information, the hotel aims to improve awareness of local businesses and community activities.
Fuji Green Hotel continues to strive towards becoming more than just an accommodation facility, but a place for dining and social interaction beloved by the local community.
