Hakone Sightseeing Cruise to Operate "Fireworks Cruise"

Hakone Sightseeing Cruise, operated by Odakyu Hakone Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Odawara City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President: Hidehiro Mizukami), will operate a "Fireworks Cruise" in conjunction with the Hakone Ashinoko Summer Festival Week Fireworks Display, to be held from Friday, July 31, 2026, to Wednesday, August 5, 2026.

The "Fireworks Cruise" offers a special experience where you can view the fireworks launched from the surface of Lake Ashi up close from the deck and cabins of the fantastically illuminated pirate ship. Please enjoy an elegant moment feeling the cool breeze on the lake while gazing at the colorful and powerful fireworks.

*Boarding fares are exclusive fares for the Fireworks Cruise (different from regular route fares).

*Boarding is not possible with passes such as the Hakone Free Pass.

*The boarding capacity is approximately 450 people per cruise.

4. How to Purchase Tickets

(1) WEB Reservations: Advance reservations will be sold on "Jalan.net" and "Asuvie".

*Ticket sales will begin sequentially as soon as preparations are complete.

(2) Same-day Sales:

Same-day tickets will be available for purchase from 17:15 at the ticket windows of each port where the Fireworks Cruise departs.

*Advance reservations take priority. If the capacity is reached, same-day tickets will not be sold.

5. Other

(1) In case of bad weather, operation may be canceled.

*Please check the "Hakone Navi" website for the operational status on the day.

(2) Parking is limited: free parking adjacent to Hakone-machi Port (approx. 120 spaces), paid parking adjacent to Motohakone Port (approx. 70 spaces), and paid parking adjacent to Togendai Port (approx. 40 spaces). Therefore, we recommend using public transportation.
