Yamashita PMC has certified Hoosiers Corporation's senior condominium project, 'Duo Scene Tokyo Giants Town,' with the highest 'Platinum' grade under the 'Healthy Housing Lively7' certification, which evaluates living environments that contribute to physical and mental well-being. This is the first project adjacent to a ballpark to receive this certification. Key evaluation points include the promotion of community formation through proximity to the Yomiuri Giants' 'Tokyo Giants Town,' health management by resident nurses, shared facilities such as large baths and karaoke rooms, dining spaces designed for social interaction, guest rooms to prevent isolation, and disaster prevention measures supervised by Nobue Kunisaki. The facility is located in Inagi City, Tokyo, with completion scheduled for late March 2027.
