Kyohei Sato, President of Mirakl, and Nobuo Norisue, President of Autobacs Digital Initiative, to take the stage.

Nihon Ryutsu Sangyo Shimbun, Inc., publisher of the e-commerce industry trade paper "Japan Net Keizai Shimbun," will hold a large-scale online seminar event, "Commerce NEXT by Japan Net Keizai Shimbun," for free on Wednesday, June 24th, and Thursday, June 25th. It has been confirmed that Kyohei Sato, President of Mirakl, and Nobuo Norisue, President of Autobacs Digital Initiative (and in charge of IT at Autobacs Seven Co., Ltd.), will speak at the specialist session on June 24th.

The lecture is titled "Learning from Autobacs Seven: Commerce Transformation Starting from CX Strategy."

Lecture Content While commerce initiatives can show clear results when optimized individually, they are also an area that is difficult to link to the overall business vision and long-term decision-making. In this session, we will welcome Mr. Norisue from Autobacs Seven to discuss how they envision their long-term CX strategy and how they position their marketplace within it. Mirakl's President, Mr. Sato, will act as moderator, deepening the discussion in a dialogue format, covering everything from the background of the concept and the decision-making process for its realization to the lessons learned through their efforts.

The seminar event is packed with wisdom and know-how on the most watched issues in the e-commerce industry, such as "AI utilization," "SNS strategy," "measures against price hikes," "CX improvement," and "security." The seminars will be delivered as rich, broadcast-style videos recorded in a dedicated studio.
