Toei Kyoto Studio Park (Ukyo Ward, Kyoto City) announced that following the opening of its first renewal phase in March, which included a facility name change to 'Toei Kyoto Studio Park,' the popular attraction 'Scariest Haunted House in History' will be renewed in August.

The new tagline is: 'The twilight where darkness gathers. Once you cross the bridge, there's no turning back.'

Kyoto is home to numerous legends of the supernatural, including the 'Ichijo Modoribashi' bridge. This attraction reconstructs these unique Kyoto supernatural cultures into entertainment, allowing visitors from Japan and abroad to experience 'Kyoto's darkness' and 'tales of the otherworld.'

Furthermore, a new '3-Level Fear Selection System' will be introduced, allowing visitors to choose their own level of fear, evolving the attraction into an experiential one that can be enjoyed by a wide range of people, from horror beginners to thrill-seekers.

This will be developed as a new content offering for Toei Kyoto Studio Park, responding to the increasing demand for experiential content from inbound tourists and younger demographics in recent years.
